GIVEAWAY SCHEDULE: The Timberline Vodka Ooni Pizza Oven Giveaway begins on June 5, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on June 19, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (“Promotion Period”).

1. ELIGIBILITY: Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (“Territory”), who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. If you reside outside the United States or anywhere outside the Territory, or where prohibited or restricted by law, or are otherwise ineligible, do NOT attempt to enter the Giveaway. Persons in the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize: (a) Employees, Officers and Directors of Hood River Distillers, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising, Giveaway and publicity agencies (b) Corporate Officers and Directors, Members and Managers of limited liability companies, and Partners in general or limited partnerships who hold alcoholic beverage licenses or permits to engage in the production, importation, or wholesale or retail sales of alcoholic beverage products and employees and representatives of such entities; (c) Employees of beverage alcohol regulatory agencies; (d) Members of the immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouses) wherever they may live or members of the same household (whether related or not) of any person in the preceding categories. By entering the Giveaway, all entrants agree to the Official Rules.

2. To Enter. You can enter the Timberline Vodka Ooni Pizza Oven Giveaway via the Timberline Vodka (@timberlinevodkas) Instagram page by Following, Liking and Tagging three (3) friends Age 21+ older in a comment on the Timberline Vodka Ooni Pizza Oven Giveaway post. Each post share with accounts tagged is an additional entry. No limit to number of entries. Comments must not be inappropriate or obscene as deemed by Timberline Vodka.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

Entry Restrictions. LIMIT ONE (1) SUBMISSION OF ENTRIES PER PERSON.

3. Random Drawing. The Timberline Vodka Ooni Pizza Oven Giveaway winners will be selected via random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Winner will be announced on June 23, 2023. By participating, entrants accept and agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of judges and Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects and not subject to appeal.

4. Prize/Odds of Winning – One winner will receive one (1) Ooni Karu 12 Multi-fuel Pizza Oven with a total approximate retail value (ARV) of $299.

Winner must be at least 21 years old and claim their prize within 48 hours.  If not claimed by June 25, 2023, a new winner will be chosen.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Conditions of Participation. In the event of non-compliance with the eligibility requirements or if prize is not claimed on-site, such prize will be forfeited without compensation of any form. The preceding in no way precludes Sponsor from taking other actions against such individuals so as to protect its rights. By participating, entrant indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless Hood River Distillers, Inc., their respective parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, Giveaway marketing/advertising agencies and the directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns of any of the above organizations (“Released Entities”) from any and all liability arising from participating in the Giveaway, any Giveaway-related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize.
